I started this song a few days before my dad passed.. it was the only wish I had. All I wanted to do was take his pain and help him into the next world or life. Watching him suffer and being able to do nothing hurt so much, but the thought of seeing him and having a conversation made me realize he would want me to be happy, and he is probably doing better than any of us here. So thus, this song was born. If you’ve lost a loved one or are grieving in your healing process, know you’re not alone. And I’m sorry. It truly is the worst experience. But I’m sending you love.
